Synergy and Multi-tasking

Synergy - The interaction of two or more forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects. If you have been working for quite some time, you have probably already validated the theory.

1 ÷ 2 < 0.5

Multi-tasking - the contrapelo of synergy. If you engage in more than 1 task at the same time, you'll end up completing half the work you should've done. And you get stressed, yelled at, blamed and criticized twice as much.
