I finally got my own digital camera. It's a Canon A610. 5 Megapixel and lots of manual control. The weird thing is that it only comes with a 16MB SD card which can only hold 5 photos at full resolution. I have to squeaze out my wallet to come up with the extra bucks and buy a 128 MB memory. But even that is not sufficient as the pics are stored at about 3MBytes a piece. I strongly recommend at least 512 memory if you have a 5Megapixel camera.

  After a stressful week, it's time to relax. We went to Feathers n Strings badminton center at Intramuros Manila. 100 pesos per head on a weekend and play all you can. Courts have wood flooring. They have matted floors as well but I think that'd cost you extra bucks.

  After 3 hours of play, it's dinner time. We went to Macapagal avenue at Pasay city. We went to Seaside where you buy seafoods at a mini wet market, then you choose the restaurant you want it cooked. Give them the stuff, then tell them how you want it cooked. It costed us 500 pesos for cooking 5 viands. Stuffed squid, Shrimp halabos, Shrimp sinigang, Calamares, Pork lechon kawali. Boiled rice is 75 pesos per bowl. Good for 4 persons.

  The Makati Moto Club group have a scheduled ride to Famy, Laguna. So before going to sleep, I set the alarm early enough to catch the group before take-off time. The alarm did not go off in the morning. When I checked it out, my watch is 12 hours late. We opted to catch up with the group. So it was a solo ride (duet actually as I have a backride) going to the destination. It's been a long time since blues clues (my bike) went out for a long ride. It was fun in the twisties. You get the same thrill as a roller coaster ride.
