Valentino Rossi - Still the dominant force

Marco Melandri - Revalation of the season. Finally won the MotoGP class in Istanbul, Turkey.

Nicky Hayden - Finally up there.

Sete Gibernau - Disappointment of the season. Trying to get familiar with the run-off area of every circuit in the 2005 season.

Max Biaggi - Another Disappointment. Always qualifying so low to make a threat. Had a great race most of the time though.

Danny Pedrosa - Will be in MotoGP next season. May not be a threat in his first year due to a small frame of body. Probably too small for the liter bikes. But in 2007, MotoGP will be a smaller 800 cc 4 stroke machine. I'd like to see Rossi and Pedrosa go head to head in that machine.
