Bus fare, Makati Buendia to Batangas pier = 136.35/head
Boat fare, Batangas Pier to Balatero   Adult = 160.00/head     kids = 80.00/head

Tricycle fare from Balatero to white beach (special trip) = 100.00
[actual fare is only 10 pesos per head, but you have to walk to the highway]
Tricycle fare, Special Trip from White beach to Sabang = 200.00
Jeep fare, Sabang to Bayan (muelle?) = 15.00 /head
Tricycle fare, Bayan to Balatero = 10.00 /head

Other EXPENSES
Accomodation = 1,200.00 / room
Boat ride for Beach Hopping = 1,500.00. We we're able to bargain it down to 1,200.00 though.
Snorkel rent = 50.00 each
Beach shoes rent = 50.00 /pair
Tow boat for snorkelling = 50.00/head
Food = about 200.00 per person meal at sabang (yikes!)

TIME
Makati Buendia LRT to Batangas Pier = 3Hrs (5:30 to 8:30)
Boat ride, Batangas to Balatero = 1 1/2 hr (9:35 am-11:00)

NOTES

• In this trip, there were 7 of us. 4 Adults and 3 kids 8 years old and below
• If riding a bus is more comfortable for you, get the bigger boat that docks at Balatero. If it's ok for you to ride a jeepney like comfort, take a smaller boat that docks directly at whitebeach.
• Make reservations for accomodation beforehand. We were a victim of room shortage and had to get a room far away at Sabang.
• Bring an easy to assemble and collapse tent. Great when beach hopping to put aside your things into while you play at the water.
• Last trip back to Batangas is 5pm at Balatero and Whitebeach. But only 1:30 pm from Sabang. Don't give in to hustler boatman which charges a massive 2,500.00 for a special trip to Batangas. It won't even be able to dock at Batangas pier. It will instead dock at a beach about 4 kms away from the port.
• Get a return boat ticket early. We almost have to settle for a special trip or another night's stay.
• Sabang is very much comparable to old ermita manila image.
• If you opt to bring a car, you can park overnight(24 hours) at Batangas for 130.00 and 5 pesos per additional hour. It is a nice and guarded parking area.
