The clever kitten is now an old and grey cat.
Once upon a time there was a timid kitten. At first glance he looks like just any ordinary kitten. But upon closer inspection, he has the potential for greatness. He was so timid that nobody really noticed his potential. It was only in adversity that his potential gets realized and was never really sustained to achieve great heights.

His attitude has got him through tough times. He even superceded promotions of other cats to a more superior position because of his hard work, perseverance and cleverness. He doesn't quit and gets the job done. His motto has always been; "If it can be done, it will be". He was so dedicated in making a living, that he almost forgot his life.

Now, clever kitten is old and grey. He can no longer go back in his life to drink more beer, smoke more cigar, eat more ice cream and know more friends. He now realizes, what is he working for? He is now so stressed out. He has lost direction. He has lost his intensity. He has lost his will power. He is now a "has been" and has achieved very little.

He now asks himself, "all these things, all these hard work ... what for?".
